Terms of Service

Rules for using Linkly, accounts, links, analytics, and paid plans.

This page is a template. Confirm consumer, payment, and platform terms with counsel before accepting real users.

1. Acceptance

By using Linkly, creating an account, or creating a short link, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Offer where paid plans are used.

2. Accounts

Users must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.

Guest links are stored in the current browser session and may be transferred to an account during registration where supported.

3. Prohibited content and behavior

Users may not create links to phishing, malware, spam, illegal content, deceptive pages, credential harvesting, or content that violates third-party rights.

We may suspend, disable, or remove links and accounts that create security, legal, infrastructure, or reputation risk.

4. Service availability

We work to keep redirects fast and reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or abuse mitigation.

Analytics may be delayed, estimated, filtered, or limited by plan features, bot filtering, browser privacy controls, and infrastructure limits.

5. Plans and limits

Plans define link, folder, custom domain, QR, analytics, and retention capabilities. Limits may be enforced automatically.

Paid plans renew or expire according to the selected billing period and payment provider status.

6. Liability

The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, campaign performance, third-party outages, or user-created destination content.
