Public Offer

Commercial terms for paid Linkly plans and subscription payments.

This is a commercial template. Add seller legal details, tax terms, payment provider details, and refund rules before launch.

1. Offer subject

The operator offers paid access to Linkly plan features: higher limits, folders, custom aliases, QR capabilities, custom domains, analytics, and related dashboard tools.

2. Acceptance

The offer is accepted when the user selects a paid plan and completes payment through the payment provider.

The user confirms that they are authorized to pay for the selected plan and use the service under these terms.

3. Price and payment

Prices are displayed in the billing interface before payment. The final amount may include discounts, promo codes, taxes, commissions, or payment provider rules.

Access is activated after successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.

4. Subscription period

Monthly, yearly, and lifetime periods may be offered. Features remain active while the subscription is active or as described for lifetime access.

If payment fails or the period ends, paid features may be blocked, downgraded, or limited.

5. Refunds

Refund rules must be published according to the seller jurisdiction, consumer rules, and payment provider policy.

Technical incidents may be handled through support credits, refunds, or service restoration at the operator discretion where permitted by law.

6. Support and documents

Support contacts, seller details, invoice rules, and accounting document rules must be added before accepting production payments.
